01 Introduction
Welcome to Zeeno App, operated by Zeeno Tech ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). We operate the website services.zeenotech.com and the Zeeno App mobile application (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Services. By using Zeeno App, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
02 Information We Collect
We collect the following categories of personal information:
- Identity Data: Full name, business name, email address, phone number, and profile photo.
- Business Information: GST number, PAN, Aadhaar (for verification), company registration number, and business category.
- Payment Information: Transaction IDs, payment amounts, and payment status. We do NOT store card numbers — all payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant gateways.
- Device & Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, browser, app version, and unique device identifiers.
- Usage Data: Pages visited, features used, time spent, and in-app interactions.
- Communication Data: Emails, chat messages, and support tickets submitted to us.
- Location Data: City/state level location (only if permission is granted) for relevant service recommendations.
03 How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain our Services and mobile app
- To process service orders, payments, and send transaction notifications
- To verify your identity and prevent fraudulent activity
- To process payment gateway applications on your behalf
- To communicate service updates, renewals, and compliance deadlines
- To provide customer support and respond to queries

04 Payment Data & Security
We integrate with RBI-approved, PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateways including Razorpay, PhonePe, PayU, Cashfree, and Paytm for all payment processing.
All data transmitted between the Zeeno App and our servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3 (256-bit encryption). We follow OWASP security guidelines for our application development.
05 Data Sharing & Third Parties
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your information only in these limited circumstances:
- Payment Gateways: Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree etc., for processing transactions and PG onboarding.
- Government Authorities: MCA, GST Portal, Income Tax, RBI — as required for completing your legal registrations.
- Cloud Providers: Our hosting and storage partners (under strict data processing agreements).
- Analytics Tools: Anonymized, aggregated usage data for service improvement.
- Legal Requirements: Court orders, law enforcement, or government demands as required by Indian law.
06 Cookies & Tracking
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience. We use:
- Essential Cookies: Required for login sessions and core functionality — cannot be disabled.
- Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics (anonymized) to understand how users navigate our platform.
- Preference Cookies: Remember your language, region, and display settings.

07 Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as required to provide Services. Financial transaction records are retained for a minimum of 7 years as required by Indian financial regulations (Income Tax Act, Companies Act).
You may request account deletion at any time by contacting care@zeenotech.com. Deletion requests are processed within 30 business days, subject to legal retention obligations.
08 Your Rights
- Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or outdated information.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and personal data.
- Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format (JSON/CSV).
- Opt-Out: Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
- Withdraw Consent: Withdraw previously given consent for non-essential data processing.

09 Children's Privacy
Zeeno App is intended for businesses and individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately and we will delete it promptly.
10 Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or an in-app notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
