01 Our Commitment

At Zeeno App, we are committed to delivering quality services and complete client satisfaction. This Refund & Cancellation Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and easy to understand for every client — whether you've purchased a legal service, a tech project, or a subscription plan.

✅ If you are unhappy with any service, please contact us before raising a refund request. Our team will make every effort to resolve the issue — including rework, replacements, or credit — before processing a refund.

* Once government filing fees are paid to MCA/GST Portal/Trademark Registry, those amounts are non-recoverable.

03 Cancellation Policy

Before Work Begins

If you cancel your order before our team has commenced any work, you are entitled to a full refund, minus the payment gateway processing fee (2–3% of the transaction amount, charged by the payment gateway — not by us).

During Development / Execution

If cancellation is requested after work has started, a refund will be calculated based on the percentage of work remaining at the time of the cancellation request. Our project team will share a transparent work completion report before processing any partial refund.

After Final Delivery / Approval

Once the final deliverable has been handed over and approved by the client (verbally, in writing, or by a lack of objection within the review window), no refund will be issued.

⚠️ All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to care@zeenotech.com with subject line "Cancellation Request – [Service Name]". Verbal or WhatsApp-only cancellations are not accepted.

04 Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • Domain name registration and renewal fees (paid to registry)
  • Government filing fees — MCA, GST Portal, Trademark Registry, FSSAI, etc.
  • Third-party software licenses or SaaS subscriptions procured on your behalf
  • Payment gateway setup fees once application is submitted to the gateway
  • Rush / expedited processing surcharges
  • Consultation and strategy session fees
  • GST (18%) and other applicable government taxes collected
  • Payment gateway transaction / processing fees (2–3%)

05 Refund Processing Timeline

  • Refund requests are acknowledged within 24 business hours
  • Eligibility is reviewed and communicated within 3–5 business days
  • Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days of approval
  • Credit appears in your bank account within 5–10 banking days after initiation (depends on your bank)
  • All refunds are credited to the original payment method used at time of purchase

06 Failed & Duplicate Transactions

If your payment was debited but not credited to Zeeno Tech (failed transaction), the amount is typically auto-reversed to your account by your bank or payment gateway within 5–7 banking days.

For duplicate payments or overcharges, please email us immediately at care@zeenotech.com with your transaction ID and screenshot. We will initiate a full refund of the excess amount within 5 business days of verification.

07 Subscription Cancellations

For recurring subscription services (hosting, maintenance, SEO, GST filing retainers):

  • Monthly plans: Cancel anytime — service continues until the current billing cycle ends. No partial refund for the current month.
  • Annual plans: Cancel within 7 days of the renewal date for a full refund. After 7 days, receive a pro-rated refund for unused complete months only.
  • Cancellation requests must be received at least 5 business days before the next billing date to avoid the next charge.

Receive acknowledgement Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 business hours and provide a case reference number.

Review & decision We review the request and share our eligibility decision within 3–5 business days.

Refund initiated Approved refunds are initiated within 7 business days. Bank credit may take an additional 5–10 days.

09 Dispute Resolution

If you disagree with our refund decision, you may:

  • Escalate by emailing care@zeenotech.com with subject "Refund Escalation – [Case Reference]"
  • Initiate a chargeback through your bank or payment gateway — we cooperate fully with all dispute resolution processes
  • Seek resolution under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (India) or other applicable laws
