01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zeeno App and the services available at services.zeenotech.com, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use our Services.
These Terms apply to all users, clients, visitors, and any person accessing our Services in any capacity — individual, partnership, LLP, or company.
02 Services We Provide
Zeeno App is a complete business solutions platform. Our services include, but are not limited to:

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable prior notice.
03 User Accounts
To access certain features of Zeeno App, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information at all times
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account password and access credentials
- Accept full responsibility for all activities carried out under your account
- Notify us immediately at care@zeenotech.com of any suspected unauthorized use
- Not share your account with any third party or use another person's account
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or remain inactive for an extended period.
04 Payment Terms
All payments are processed through RBI-authorised, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. By making a payment, you agree to:
- All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
- Applicable GST at 18% will be added to all service fees
- Project work commences only after full or agreed advance payment is received
- For subscription services, auto-renewal applies unless cancelled in writing
- Invoices are issued within 48 hours of payment confirmation
- Failed payments may result in immediate service suspension
05 Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full and final payment for a project, the client receives ownership of the specific deliverable (e.g., website files, app binaries). Zeeno Tech retains the right to:
- Display the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials (unless a written NDA is in place)
- Retain ownership of all internal tools, frameworks, libraries, code templates, and methodologies used
- Re-use general design patterns and technical approaches in future projects
All Zeeno Tech branding, logos, website content, app design, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive intellectual property of Zeeno Tech and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without explicit written consent.
06 Project Delivery & Timelines
Timelines provided in proposals or agreements are estimates made in good faith. Delivery timelines are dependent on:
- Timely provision of required content, images, credentials, and feedback by the client
- Scope remaining unchanged from the original agreed specifications
- Third-party service availability (e.g., payment gateway approval timelines, government portal uptime)
- Prompt response from client to review requests (within 3 business days)
Zeeno Tech will proactively communicate any delays. Delays attributable to client inaction do not constitute breach and do not entitle the client to refunds or penalties.
07 Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete business information required for service delivery
- Ensure all content, logos, and materials submitted to us are legally owned or licensed
- Obtain all required business licenses, permits, and regulatory approvals independently
- Comply with all applicable Indian laws, RBI guidelines, and payment gateway policies
- Not use Zeeno App or our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or deceptive purposes
- Keep login credentials and API keys confidential and secure
08 Payment Gateway Advisory
When Zeeno Tech assists clients with payment gateway applications (Razorpay, PhonePe, Cashfree, etc.), we act as facilitators only. We are not responsible for:
- Rejection of PG applications by the payment gateway provider
- Delays in approval caused by the payment gateway's internal review processes
- Account freezes, holds, or terminations by the payment gateway for policy violations
- Chargeback disputes between the client and end customers
09 Prohibited Uses
You may not use Zeeno App or our services to:
- Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity
- Process payments for goods or services prohibited by RBI or payment gateway policies
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights of any party
- Distribute spam, malware, phishing content, or harmful code
- Impersonate any individual, company, or government authority
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Zeeno App
- Use our services for money laundering, hawala, or any other financial crime
10 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Zeeno Tech shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
- Loss of revenue, profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities
- Damages arising from payment gateway failures, banking downtime, or third-party service outages
- Unauthorized access to your account or data despite reasonable security measures
- Government portal downtime affecting legal filing timelines
Our total aggregate liability to any client shall not exceed the total amount paid by that client for the specific service in question during the preceding 3 months.
11 Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing service agreements with 30 days' written notice via email. Zeeno Tech reserves the right to terminate services immediately, without notice or refund, in cases of:
- Material breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct
- Non-payment of dues beyond 15 days from the due date
- Abuse or harassment directed at Zeeno Tech staff
- Activity that jeopardises our payment gateway relationships or reputation
12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
We strongly encourage resolving disputes amicably through direct communication first. Please email care@zeenotech.com before initiating any legal proceedings — most issues can be resolved swiftly.
13 Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of our Services after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
